Bubble Beach Club is a revolutionary way to get all your laundry done for one simple price. The Bubble Beach Club price is listed when you sign up for your specific monthly package and entitles you to two visits per week using your special 24″ by 36″ laundry bag.
How Much Laundry Does My Membership Include?
Your membership entitles you to 2 visits per week (Monday through Sunday) and you can bring as much laundry as you can fit into your “members only” laundry bag with the top cinched to keep your clothes inside the bag. Please note that visits cannot be carried over to the next week.
Is Membership Limited?
Yes. Membership is limited. Because we are offering an amazing service at such a great price we can’t accommodate everyone. We will accommodate as many members as possible without comprising our quality or turnaround time. Click Here to Sign Up For The Wait List.
How Do I Use the Service for the First Time?
Since you will not have your members-only bag before your first visit you can bring your clothes in a large trash bag, hamper, or basket and we will transfer it into your bag. Don’t worry if it doesn’t fit we will wash it all and you will have your bag for your next visit.
What is the Typical Turnaround Time?
We offer industry best 24 hour turnaround and sometimes even faster.
Is There a Minimum Order Size?
No. It is your membership so bring in as much or as little as you want cleaned.
Can I Provide Special Instructions for My Clothes?
Yes. When you bring in your laundry just talk to your dedicated laundry pro about your preferences or special instructions.
Do You Hang Items?
Yes. We hang collared shirts. We can hang dry items, but depending on the temperature that could delay your turnaround time.
Is There a Trial Period?
Yes. Signing up with Bubble Beach Club is hassle and risk free. You can try our premium membership free for 7 days. If you are not satisfied with the service your money will be refund and you can keep your laundry bag.
Are Any Items Not Included or Not Accepted?
To maintain our affordable pricing model some items are excluded. Excluded items include dry cleaning, laundering & pressing, comforters, rugs, blankets, duvets, sleeping bags, pet mats, shower curtains, upholstery, baby clothes, pillows, cushions or other large or heavy household items. We do not accept heavily soiled items such as fabric damaged by oils, paint, animals , etc.
What If I Need Have More Laundry Than Will Fit in the Bag?
Don’t worry we have you covered. Excess laundry that does not fit in your bag can be completed with your order for an additional fee of $5.00 for each five pounds of excess laundry. So bring in 1-5 excess pounds the charge is $5.00, or bring in 6-10 excess pounds and the charge is $10.00 and so on.
What If I Need Dry Cleaning Also?
Our members get an everyday discount on dry cleaning. Your membership entitles you to 30% off all your dry cleaning from our current rates. That is a great deal by itself.
What If I Need A Comforter or Household Item Washed?
Our members get an everyday discount on comforters, rugs, blankets, duvets, sleeping bags, upholstery, baby clothes, pillows, cushions or other large or heavy household items. Your membership entitles you to 30% off these items from our current rates. That is a great deal by itself.
What If I Need A Shirt Laundered & Pressed?
We actually already offer shirt laundering and pressing at a reduced rate.
Can I Share My Plan?
Sorry but each plan is designed for one individual so all clothes in your bag must belong to that member. But refer a friend so they can receive the same awesome deal.
How Often Can I Bring In My Bag?
You can bring in your bag up to two times per week.
Can I Bring In Two Bags At The Same Time?
Unfortunately to maintain our processing speeds and great low price, we process one bag at a time per membership. However, if you purchase two or more memberships you can bring in as many bags as memberships as you have at the same time.
Can I Carry Over My Unused Visits?
Unfortunately, No. In order to maintain our turnaround time and pricing we must limit each subscription plan to twice a week.
